There’s a buzz, folks…and I love it when there’s a buzz. We just launched www.CardSisters.com today! I love these girls (my fellow sisters!) and I love this awesome, cool, wicked, easy, fast, cheap and…did I mention?…awesome new way we discovered to send greeting cards.
A few noteworthy notable notes:
- It’s all done online. Which means you can send a card to anyone from home…while in your pajamas. Sweet.
- A card costs about a fifth of what you get charged at the store (just over a buck a card, including postage). You would think that means less selection – wrong! There are 1000′s of cards to choose from.
- Need to send a gift, too? No problem. Personally, I love the Starbucks and Tim Horton’s gift cards, but there are *real* gifts to choose from, too.
- You can personalize your cards. Write what you want in ‘em, but what’s even better, you can do it in your own handwriting. (This has been my fave part so far!)
- Upload a picture of your own, lickety split, and add a photo to any card. Or your own photo can BE the card. Can you say, “endless possibilities”??
- Added bonus – your card is printed the next day, stuffed by hand, and an actual, real stamp is put on it before it’s shipped out. (Makes it just a smidge bit more authentic, no?)
That pretty much covers it. Coolest thing I’ve come across in quite some time. I’m using it for our photography clients, but also for friends, family (don’t worry if you haven’t received one yet — it’s coming!)…and what I love most, for total strangers. I sent a card the other day to my Safeway. I got a rockstar guy at the till I was at and I wanted his manager to know. I’ve always wanted to send cards *for no other reason* than a quick ‘thanks’ or ‘thinking of ya’…and now I’m finally doing it!! Yay, me.
So check it out, would ya?? www.CardSisters.com Or go ahead and email me or phone me or text me or just yell real loud, and we can go for coffee or play in the park with our kids or do dinner and a movie, and I can fill you in even more.
